With the coincidental, untimely, as well as unfortunate deaths of the stars of Gilligan’s Island and Grizzly Adams happening only hours apart, it has been announced that both of the show remakes will continue on schedule.
It seems the trend in Hollywood of resurrecting old, half-baked and less than popular shows and turning them into three full-length movies is going to continue.
Chainsaw Chicken has decided that he will combine the two characters into one blended feature star named, Grizzly Gilligan on Bear Island.
“It’s not too much of a stretch to see how the blend could happen” says a representative of the TV studios. “We just need to slop some coconut and banana’s into Grizzly’s beard or have bear traps made of grass huts and bamboo”.
Chainsaw Chicken is currently filming as the Grizzly Gilligan character while his uncle, Gumbo Chicken, will play the ‘Skipper’ on the Gilligan Island replacement.
The show is scheduled to premier on the WB on Friday nights at 9:00 PM this fall.
