His family was very wealthy until the Colgate conglomerate cheated him out of his patent.
He liked to play cards while he has been drinking. We all still think that trading his patent of the squeeze tube for majority stock in Brill Cream to settle his winnings was deceitful.
How was he to know that hair oil would go out of style?
