Date: Sept. 17, 1961

Location: Van Dyke Turnpike area, Troy, OH

Incident Report: Rooster child named Chainsaw Chicken, age 5, was reported to be missing for 4 hours on this date. When finally discovered, he had no explanation at all as to where he had been except to say he saw a ‘bright light’ and that some little men had escorted him into their very big and shinny car.

Upon further examination no burns, scrapes, incisions or implanted device could be seen.

With further questioning under the 3cc’s of Sodium Pentothal it was revealed that the missing 4 hrs was from the subject skipping school and going to see the movie West Side Story. At that time he crouched over and started snapping his finger saying “I’m in the Jets”.

Different agents continue to monitor the boys where abouts over the next several months. They noted his strange predilection for hanging out in front of the 5&10 cent store, sitting in the UFO ride, begging patrons for some coins so he could “fly” home.

Men in black associates continue the observation.
