Today I tried the new drinking game that is centered around President Biden’s speeches.
It works like this. Every time Uncle Joe uses the words, ‘Look’, ‘It’s like this’, ‘c’mon man’ or ‘Give me a break’, you have to take a drink. We were going to do a drink every time he says ‘Uhh’ or ‘Ahh’ but we thought we would end up with alcohol poisoning.
So today was his first press conference. Even though it was a little early in the day we tuned it. It started out slow with his statements about things other than those issues people were concerned about.
Then came the staged questions. The press started asking him some well-timed questions and Joe thumbed through the notebook with the pre-written answers. Not much action in the drinking game department. But when they started doing the follow-up questions, I just held the bottle close to my mouth.
He said the ‘magic words’ 17 times in that hour! Then, he said the bingo words “President Harris“. At that point I had to eat a foot long sub sandwich in one minute flat!
Oh…. my gizzard is so full and the room is spinning!
Here comes another load, oh my….auhhhhg!… splash.
