He says this based on the latest theory that dinosaurs are suggested to be closer to birds rather than amphibians or reptiles.

A reporter shouted “Are they sexually fluid and can assume another genders should they decide to adapt to those characteristics?”
The doctor stood there with his beck open… finally uttering “No, they are what they are born and they have no other options. It’s like the way humans used to be in the 60’s and 70’s where they stay the way that they are created.”
“Isn’t that inconsiderate of their feelings?” continued the reporter.
Doctor Pollo turned to the reporter and said “We are here to show you that we have re-created dino’s, not to make some statement about their choosing their sexual preference.”
