A 1928 animated short featuring the first appearance of Mickey Mouse enters public domain on Jan. 1. But creative and commercial access to the character is complicated by both copyright and trademark law.

So Chainsaw, like so many others, Have side-stepped these complications to leverage the original concept while maximizing the superior interjection of himself. Not with some cheesy slasher horror movie or a lame political advertisement. This holds to the original concept of a cartoon.

In this first released, Chainsaw captains this steam boat, traveling to many cities caring supplies he willfully gives out to people wanting to fight protesters and rioters trying to simply disrupt any progress the country makes against those who wish to promote chaos and anarchy.

Watch for this feature cartoon to accompany the release of the major Summer releases at a theater near you. You might be watching Tom save the world in Mission Impossible or Brad Pitt driving in Formula One racing, Steamboat Chicken will get you in the mood.
